I am sorry this client is so upset to write such a negative review after 2 years have passed. She did not wish to come take a look at the house in person and was strongly encouraged to buy on her best friend’s recommendation. Her friend is local and is a savvy investor in the neighborhood. Buyer’s plan was to rent out the property for a time until she could move here. We handle many rentals in the neighborhood, so are familiar with the rental market too. If we had a little more time and cooperation from this client, this investment would have developed into a sold, income producing property. Most of our management clients have been with us for over 10 years and are extremely satisfied with our services and results.
